In order to allow Derek Melleby an opportunity to give prayerful consideration to your request, please complete the Seminar Request Form in its entirety. After receiving your completed form, you will be contacted regarding availability for your requested dates.
Derek does not have a firmly set speaker’s fee and weighs each request based on availability. CPYU does, however, require that his travel expenses be fully covered. This may include airfare, ground transportation, lodging, and meals.
